Aged for 9 months in stainless steel prior to bottling
100% Sauvignon Blanc. This wine was produced solely with the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety from 4 year old vines, with the grapes being selected and harvested by hand. The resulting wine has citrine colour, the aroma reveal pear notes, some pepper and minerality, excellent acidity and long finish in the mouth. Perfectly accompanies grilled fish and barbecues.
