100% Arinto. A wine produced under stainless steel tank, and which sees fine lees for 9 months, and with 5% of the batch in French oak and Acacia barrels for between 6 minimum 9 months. It is a complex pour with citric freshness, apple pear & peach aromatics, which is balanced and elegant. Will suit lighter seafood dishes, finer petiscos and shellfish.
