Sourced from a distinct parcel of vines rooted in quartz and red clay soils, Block 3 reflects both precision and patience. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo an extended 22-day cold and carbonic maceration, a meticulous process that enhances aromatic intensity while preserving purity of fruit.

The wine is then matured for 12 months in Burgundy barrels, allowing structure and complexity to develop with restraint and finesse.

Deep purple in colour, it opens with layered aromas of black cherries and violets, unfolding into subtle notes of spice and tobacco leaf brought by the Syrah. Full-bodied yet poised, it carries fine-grained tannins and remarkable balance, leading to a long, composed and lingering finish.

Block 3 is not simply a wine of power, but of precision. It is a focused expression of terroir and careful craftsmanship, made to evolve gracefully over time.
