A terroir of granitic soils, with altitudes of between 400 and 600 meters & located near the Vila Nova de Tazem e Gouveia, the vines are between 15
and 40 years old.

After destemming & gentle pressing, the fermentation takes place in small
stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16ºC (61ºF), to preserve all the aromas and freshness. This wine is also aged in these steel tanks

Soft yellow in colour, a perfumed aroma with tropical notes and country
flowers aromas. The palate has plenty of fruit, with a crisp acidity and a
medium finish.

Once bottled they are laid in the dark in a place with humidity between 65-70%
and constant temperature between 12-14ºC.
