Grown on granitic soils at altitudes between 400 and 600 metres near Vila Nova de Tazem and Gouveia, this Dão Branco reflects both elevation and terroir. The vines, between 15 and 40 years old, bring depth and natural balance to the fruit.

After gentle destemming and pressing, fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks at a controlled 16ºC to preserve aromatic purity and freshness. The wine remains in stainless steel for ageing, maintaining clarity and precision before being carefully bottled and rested under ideal cellar conditions.

Soft yellow in colour, it opens with perfumed aromas of tropical fruit and wild country flowers. On the palate, generous fruit is supported by crisp acidity, leading to a clean, medium-length finish.
