A terroir of granitic soils, with altitudes of between 400 and 600 meters & located near the Vila Nova de Tazem e Gouveia, the vines are between 15
and 40 years old.

So with the grapes completely destemmed and gently crushed & stored in stainless
steel deposits. Fermentation takes place in a controlled temperature
of 23ºC, with slight ageing in wooden barrels.

A bright ruby colour. Fragrant aroma with notes of red fruits and light
toast. The palate has nice fruit flavours, with acidity and round tannins

Once bottled they are laid in the dark in a place with humidity between 65-70% and constant temperature between 12-14ºC.
