This Blanc de Blancs from Quinta Pousada has undergone two fermentations, first in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature of 14ºC to 16ºC, and then in the bottle. After a minimum of 12 months of aging, it is expertly disgorged. As a Brut Nature, this sparkling wine is notably dry. It has been honored with a Gold medal at the 'Portugal Wine Trophy' and boasts a crystal clear appearance with a light, fresh, and elegant floral flavor profile.
