This wine showcases a distinct, refined ruby hue with delicate purplish undertones, achieved through the use of handpicked grapes grown in quartz-rich, red clay soil. After being cold fermented and macerated for about seven days, the wine is matured for 12 months in 500-liter French oak barrels. The result is a refreshing, structured wine with a dry finish, complemented by a bouquet of wildflowers and roses.
