100% Syrah. Manual harvest, cold maceration, followed by carbonic maceration for 22 days then 12 months aging under new French oak. Bright ruby-coloured wine, with generous aromas of red fruits, cherry and raspberry on a medium body. Fresh, vibrant, with ripe tannins. Silky and elegant on the finish. Pairing: Red meats, pizza, grilled dishes and stews.
