A 100% Syrah wine, harvested manually and treated through cold and carbonic maceration processes over a span of 22 days, then aged for 12 months in new French oak. This wine boasts a bright ruby color and a rich bouquet of red fruit, cherry, and raspberry on a medium-bodied palate. It is refreshingly vibrant with well-matured tannins, and finishes off with a silky and elegant touch. Excellent with red meats, pizza, grilled dishes, and stews.
