The soil for this wine is composed of sandy clay mixed with pink quartz. During the vinification process, the grapes are carefully handpicked and undergo a cold mazeration. The fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, resulting in a citrine-colored wine. On the palate, it displays inviting tropical fruit aromas and subtle notes of lemon, with a pleasantly soft texture and well-balanced acidity.
