Soil composition: Sandy red clay with quartz Winemaking process: Handpicked grapes, followed by 10 days of maceration and temperature-controlled fermentation. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Tasting notes: A dark red colour and a fruit-forward flavour profile reminiscent of a fruit cocktail, with notes of red berries, prunes, and raisins. The tannins are ripe and sweet, with a hint of spice.
