This Quinta Pousada de Fora 2021 Espumante Bruto Natural Rosé undergoes a 1st fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14ºC to 16ºC, followed by a 2nd fermentation in the bottle. The minimum aging time prior to disgorgement is 12 months. As experts in white and rosé wines, Quinta Pousada creates a very dry and aromatic Brut Nature with distinct notes of citrus and orange blossom. Its complexity and elegance are complemented by excellent freshness. This sparkling wine is enjoyable on its own, but truly shines when paired with finger foods, seafood, and cheese.
