With a density of 1600 plants per hectare, yielding 11tons per hectare. This variety is hand-picked in the 2nd week of September each year. Fermentation, two months in Stainless steel on the lees (bâtonnage) before being bottled.
It shows up floral and fruity to the nose with signs of peach, mango and hawthorn. In mouth it is long and persistent with a savoury final and good mineral taste.

Perfect for aperitif, fish fries and fish roasts
